Where do you provide mobile bartending?
We are based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and serve MetroWest and Greater Boston, including Natick, Newton, Wellesley, Waltham, Cambridge, Brookline, Boston, and Norwood. Events elsewhere in Massachusetts are considered by custom quote. Share your exact venue so we can confirm travel and availability.
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. The host purchases and supplies the alcohol. We help with beverage planning and an alcohol shopping list. The bar, ice, drinkware, mixers, and garnishes depend on the package you choose.
How much does mobile bartending cost?
Private-event packages start at $425 for Bartender Only, $695 for Essential, and $895 for Crafted Pour, with up to three hours of service for up to 25 guests. Wedding packages start at $595, $1,195, and $1,395 respectively, with up to four hours for up to 50 guests. Final prices depend on guest count, staffing, travel, hours, and setup. What is included in each package?
Bartender Only includes a bartender, bar tools, and alcohol shopping guidance; the host supplies the bar and consumables. Essential adds a portable bar, coolers, ice, disposable drinkware, standard mixers, garnishes, and self-serve water. Crafted Pour adds signature cocktail planning and house-made syrups and nonalcoholic cocktail mixers for the agreed menu. Wedding Essential and Crafted Pour include two bartenders; private-event packages include one.
Can you make signature cocktails and homemade mixers?
Yes. The Crafted Pour package includes curated signature cocktails, a tailored alcohol shopping list, and house-made syrups and nonalcoholic cocktail mixers, such as margarita mix, for the agreed menu. Specialty ingredients outside that menu are quoted separately.
Can I hire a bartender for a house party or a short corporate event?
Yes. We provide bartending for birthdays, showers, anniversaries, backyard gatherings, holiday parties, and other private events. Private-event packages start with three hours. Corporate service is custom quoted, with a two-hour option subject to event details and availability.
How many bartenders will my event need?
Staffing depends on guest count, cocktail complexity, venue layout, and service timing. Wedding Essential and Crafted Pour start with two bartenders for up to 50 guests. Bartender Only and private-event packages start with one. We confirm additional staffing and charges in your written quote.
How do I request a quote and confirm a booking?
Submit your date, venue or city, guest count, event type, and service hours through our inquiry form. An inquiry or quote does not confirm a booking. Confirmation requires a signed agreement and the 50% deposit. The remaining balance, final guest count, and beverage choices are due 10 days before the event. Your agreement sets out the terms for your event.
Can you work at my venue?
Check whether your venue permits an outside bartender and whether it has an exclusive beverage provider or specific insurance and setup requirements. Share those requirements with us before booking so we can confirm the service is a fit.
